1. Terms of Return

All sales for Southridge Weekend Picnic are final. Tickets and passes are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

2. State of Return

Since this is a live event, tickets are considered a digital or time-sensitive product and cannot be returned once issued.

3. Reasons for Refund

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Event cancellation by the organizer
• Event rescheduled and the ticket holder is unable to attend the new date
• Duplicate charges or payment errors
• Failure to deliver purchased tickets due to a system error

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Personal schedule conflicts
• Weather conditions (unless the event is officially canceled)
• Failure to attend the event
• Violation of event rules resulting in removal
